Planning & Zoning meetings are held the first Wednesday of each month at 7:00PM at the Oneida County Event Center, 459 S. Main Street, Malad, ID 83252.
Items to be presented to the commission must be submitted 2 weeks prior to the meeting date.

About Us
Whether you are a homeowner, contractor, realtor, appraiser, or developer, we serve all of the residents of Oneida County by managing its growth in a responsible and sustainable way. Our Planning/Zoning division processes land use applications in unincorporated Oneida County. They plan for Oneida County's future by creating our Comprehensive Plan and working with other agencies on various long range growth projects. They also assist with the submittal requirements for applications, review building permits, and complete over-the-counter processes for simple additions/shops/remodels/agricultural structures and other projects.
