Statement of Intent to Declare a Manufactured Home as Real Property
When you purchase a manufactured home and put it on a permanent foundation, you can go through the process to declare it real property.
If you do not declare it real property, you will get two assessment notices. One for the ground and one for the home.
You must have the MSO or title that you received when you purchased the home.
Follow the directions that are included in the application to the left.
