Due to Attorney Brower becoming a district judge in the Sixth Judicial District. Fuller & Fuller law office from Franklin County has contracted to fill the prosecutor duties for the remaining term, which ends December 31, 2024.

The Prosecuting Attorney functions as the Chief Law Enforcement Officer of Oneida County along with the Oneida County Sheriff. The Prosecutor’s Office is dedicated to protecting the innocent through the pursuit of justice, truth, and the prevention of crime. We vigorously and professionally prosecute those who violate the law and work cooperatively with law enforcement and community leaders to improve Oneida County.

It is the responsibility of the Prosecutor’s Office to prosecute all felony and juvenile matters committed in Oneida County and those misdemeanor crimes and infractions which occur outside of a Malad City.  We actively work to protect the children of Oneida County by working with the Department of Health and Welfare Child Protection Services and by filing and prosecuting child protection actions and working with community partners.

The Oneida County Prosecutor’s Office does not have its own investigators. Accordingly, we rely on our law enforcement agencies to take complaint/reports and conduct investigations of potential crimes.
