Alcohol Application

ALCOHOL APPLICATION MUST BE SUBMITTED AT LEAST TWO WEEKS PRIOR TO THE EVENT

Application must be accompanied. by a fee of $20.00 for each 24-hour period, in the form of a check or money order payable to Oneida County. Please notify the Clerk at 208-766-4116 for cancellation or rescheduling 24 hours in advance.

Glass beverage containers are prohibited. It is understood that all state, county, and city laws in regard to alcoholic beverages will be obeyed. It is understood those under the age of twenty-one (21) years of age will not be allowed to consume or possess beer and wine. It is understood those participating in beer and wine functions will remain orderly in accordance with State and local laws. All laws are strictly enforced. All persons attending a function with alcohol present are subject to Facility policies. Offenders are subject to ejection from the Facility and/or prosecution. Should persons be ejected from the Facility or otherwise cited for violations of any activity associated with the alcohol use, the permit may be revoked by the responding officer, the alcohol confiscated, and/or the group disbanded. In the event the beer and wine use authorized by this permit results in the violation of any of the permit conditions, the individual representative and the group named on this permit will not be granted another permit for a one year period from the date of the infraction. It is understood that participants in the function or gathering will be expected to leave the area clean and without litter. The applicant will be responsible for the actions of the participants and is required to be present with this permit during the entire time of the function. Should the applicant leave the area of the function, for any purposes, this permit is revoked. This permit provides a means of police enforcement of group activities at the Event Center. Oneida County assumes no liability for the negligence of any individual which results from alcohol consumption. -:- Permit applications shall be signed by the group representative who will be responsible for the actions of the participants who may be held liable for facility damage, restoration, and/or cleanup costs. Permits issued are valid only during the date and time period listed on the rental agreement and alcohol permit.
I certify that I am the person authorized to permit the service of alcoholic beverages on the premises described in the application, and I certify that there is no objection to the service of alcoholic beverages as herein specified.
